NA-61 National Assembly Chakwal-II - Results in 2008 General Election

In 2008 General National Assembly Election, Sardar Mumtaz Khan from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member National Assembly MNA, and got 104739 votes, the second runner up was Sardar Mansoor Hayat Tamman from Independent who got 37978 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 395039 voters registered in NA-61, out of which 226985 votes were polled out, 148918 votes were valid and 3494 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 38.42 % for NA-61 constituency of National Assembly.
