PP-1 Punjab Assembly Attock-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Raja Fayyaz Sarwar from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 40817 votes, the second runner up was Raja Muhammad Shafqat Khan from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 32965 votes. 5 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 219078 voters registered in PP-1, out of which 105213 votes were polled out, 101958 votes were valid and 2721 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 48.02 % for PP-1 constituency of Punjab.
