PP-20 Punjab Assembly Rawalpindi-XV - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Iffat Liaqat Ali Khan from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 50039 votes, the second runner up was Ijaz Hussain Farhat from Pakistan Muslim League who got 42992 votes. 6 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 220924 voters registered in PP-20, out of which 127014 votes were polled out, 124250 votes were valid and 2792 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 57.50 % for PP-20 constituency of Punjab.
