PP-208 Punjab Assembly Khanewal-VI - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Muhammad Akram Khan Kanjoo from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 22751 votes, the second runner up was Pirzada Mian Muhammad Kamal Bhutta from Pakistan Muslim League who got 17548 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 104729 voters registered in PP-208, out of which 71379 votes were polled out, 68273 votes were valid and 3106 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 68 % for PP-208 constituency of Punjab.
