PP-260 Punjab Assembly Rahimyar Khan-VI - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Shehzad Rasool Khan from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 30565 votes, the second runner up was Afzaal Mustafa Shah from Pakistan Muslim League who got 28508 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 118071 voters registered in PP-260, out of which 64213 votes were polled out, 61994 votes were valid and 1983 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 54.39 % for PP-260 constituency of Punjab.
