PP-264 Punjab Assembly Rahimyar Khan-X - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Sardar Qaisar Abbas Khan Magassi from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 34171 votes, the second runner up was Sardar Shahab-ub-din Khan from Pakistan Muslim League who got 24757 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 97406 voters registered in PP-264, out of which 67383 votes were polled out, 65503 votes were valid and 1880 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 69.50 % for PP-264 constituency of Punjab.
