PP-62 Punjab Assembly Gujranwala-XII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Punjab Election, Ch.raza Nasrullah Ghuman from Pakistan Muslim League (N) was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 31742 votes, the second runner up was Rai Ahsan Raza Kharal from Pakistan Muslim League who got 20440 votes. 9 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 137681 voters registered in PP-62, out of which 73228 votes were polled out, 70821 votes were valid and 2407 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 53.19 % for PP-62 constituency of Punjab.
