PS-1 Sindh Assembly Jacobabad-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Sindh Election, Dr. Nasrullah from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Sindh Assembly MPA, and got 32942 votes, the second runner up was Saeed Iqbal from Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan who got 21382 votes. 20 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 138729 voters registered in PS-1, out of which 59879 votes were polled out, 59143 votes were valid and 759 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 43.16 % for PS-1 constituency of Sindh.
