PS-54 Sindh Assembly Tando Muhammad Khan-Cum-Badin - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Sindh Election, Abdul Karim Soomro from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Sindh Assembly MPA, and got 26082 votes, the second runner up was Sayed Muhammad Kamil Shah from Pakistan Muslim League who got 16108 votes. 9 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 138763 voters registered in PS-54, out of which 44501 votes were polled out, 43568 votes were valid and 923 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 31.18 % for PS-54 constituency of Sindh.
