Results of NA-254 Karachi Central-ll Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in National Assembly constituency NA-254 Karachi Central-ll. Muhammad Ali Rashid from Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan got 53045 votes and was elected as Member National Assembly (MNA). The first runner up was Muhammad Naem from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf who got 5855 votes. Total 15 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 378712 voters registered in NA-254, out of which 63809 votes were polled out, 63382 votes were valid and 427 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 17.00 % for NA-254 constituency of National Assembly.
