Results of NA-262 Pishin Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in National Assembly constituency NA-262 Pishin. Abdul Qadir Khan Wadan from Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party got 37584 votes and was elected as Member National Assembly (MNA). The first runner up was Qari Muhammad Shair Ali from Jamiat Ulama-e-islam (f) who got 19548 votes. Total 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 185836 voters registered in NA-262, out of which 65324 votes were polled out, 64051 votes were valid and 1264 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 35.2 % for NA-262 constituency of National Assembly.
