Results of NA-63 Jhelum-II Bye-Election held on 31 August 2016

The Bye-Election was held on 31st August 2016 in National Assembly constituency NA-63 Jhelum-II. Raja Matloob Mahdi from Pakistan Muslim League (n) got 81612 votes and was elected as Member National Assembly (MNA). The first runner up was Chaudhry Fawad Hussain from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf who got 73819 votes. Total 4 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 427757 voters registered in NA-63, out of which 165067 votes were polled out, 162304 votes were valid and 2763 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 38.59 % for NA-63 constituency of National Assembly.
