Results of NA-71 Mianwali-I Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in National Assembly constituency NA-71 Mianwali-I. Obaid Ullah Shadi Khel from Pakistan Muslim League (n) got 95210 votes and was elected as Member National Assembly (MNA). The first runner up was Malik Waheed Khan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf who got 76684 votes. Total 8 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 386794 voters registered in NA-71, out of which 177764 votes were polled out, 174240 votes were valid and 3524 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 45.96 % for NA-71 constituency of National Assembly.
