PP-148 Punjab Assembly Lahore-V - Results in 2013 Provincial General Election

In 2013 General Provincial Punjab Election, Mian Muhammad Aslam Iqbal from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 54893 votes, the second runner up was Akhtar Rasool Chaudary from Pakistan Muslim League (N) who got 49784 votes. 17 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2013, there were total 195026 voters registered in PP-148, out of which 109802 votes were polled out, 108537 votes were valid and 1265 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 56.30 % for PP-148 constituency of Punjab.
