PP-229 Punjab Assembly Vehari-I - Results in 2013 Provincial General Election

In 2013 General Provincial Punjab Election, Ahmad Shah Khagga from Pakistan Muslim League was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 44937 votes, the second runner up was Sardar Wajid Ali Dogar from Pakistan Muslim League (N) who got 37721 votes. 14 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2013, there were total 160397 voters registered in PP-229, out of which 104302 votes were polled out, 100740 votes were valid and 3705 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 65.03 % for PP-229 constituency of Punjab.
