PP-262 Punjab Assembly Rahimyar Khan-VIII - Results in 2013 Provincial General Election

In 2013 General Provincial Punjab Election, Abdul Majeed Khan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf was elected as Member Punjab Assembly MPA, and got 35684 votes, the second runner up was Muhammad Athar Maqbool from Independent who got 27425 votes. 12 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2013, there were total 155838 voters registered in PP-262, out of which 103812 votes were polled out, 100585 votes were valid and 4052 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 66.61 % for PP-262 constituency of Punjab.
