Results of PK-68 Peshawar-III Bye-Election held on 8 September 2014

The Bye-Election was held on 8th September 2014 in Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly constituency PK-68 Peshawar-III. Ehtesham Javed Akbar Khan from Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf got 37723 votes and was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA). The first runner up was Syed Mureed Kazim Shah from Independent who got 32854 votes. Total 13 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 127617 voters registered in PK-68, out of which 77517 votes were polled out, 76077 votes were valid and 1440 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 60.74 % for PK-68 constituency of National Assembly.
