Al Amerat Cricket Stadium is commonly known as the Oman Cricket Academy Ground. This cricketing ground is situated in Muscat, Oman. Further, this ground is owned by The Oman Cricket Board. Al Amarat is located about 15 kilometers southeast of Muscat, and it is about 15 kilometers south of the city center. Oman Cricket announced plans to construct an international-standard facility at this location in July of 2008.

An initial estimate of the project's costs was 2 million Omani Rials. The Ministry of Sports Affairs donated the land, and the rest of the construction would come from corporate sponsorship. After completion, Ashraful Haque, the chief executive of the Asian Cricket Council, inaugurated the Al Amerat Cricket Stadium in October 2012. Then, it held its first match two months later - a club match.

Later, the Oman Cricket Board would construct indoor training facilities and a new head office. Further, floodlights were installed at the venue in 2015, and an indoor academy is being built to complement the existing academy at Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex.

Test cricket will be played on Ministry Turf 1 at the stadium after accreditation by the International Cricket Council (ICC) was granted in January 2021.
