Usman Butt from UrduPoint gives us a sneak peek into an electric rickshaw, which works solely through charging. It takes 4 to 5 hours to charge completely and runs 150 kilometers. Requiring no fuel, it is environment friendly and pollution-free. While a conventional rickshaw costs PKR 5 per kilometer, this amazing rickshaw costs merely PKR 1 per kilometer auto-rickshaw Only a prototype has been launched yet, but the rickshaw will hit the markets within 2 to 2.5 months.
