People Afraid To Travel By Trains | Who Is Responsible For Tezgam Incident?

People at Rawalpindi railway station say that they are now afraid to travel through trains, after the disastrous incident of fire breaking out in Tezgam this morning. The question is who should be held responsible for this unfortunate episode. Some say that explosion of cylinders caused the fire, so the people carrying gas cylinders in the train are responsible.
