This "Wheelchair Wala" has started providing free rashan at door steps to the disable person. He is also providing wheelchairs and all other basic items to disable persons to let them have some ease in life. While having interview with Burhan U Din he mentioned that he thought everyone is distributing rashan and free food to people, but what about disable persons who can't walk outside and collect rashan, so he decided to help those people.
