Police FIR Na Kate Tu Sayel Ko Kya Karna Chahiye

Rao Noushad was present at Zila Kacheri Lahore and interviewed Advocate High Court Tahir Chaudhry regarding FIR (First Information Report). Advocate Tahir explained what FIR is and how every citizen has a right to file it against anyone who has broken a law. FIR is registered at police stations and police officers reserve the right to take immediate action and arrest the offender or investigate and wait for an arrest warrant, depending on the intensity of the crime. FIR does not carry much evidential significance but it is the first and the necessary step through which a legal investigation begins. For more important details watch the video.
