Teachers' day is a traditional festival celebrated by many Asian and Western people to express their gratitude towards their teachers. October 5 is considered a teacher day which is celebrated with great enthusiasm. In Arts council Karachi, a great tribute has been paid to the respectable teachers. A blind Ph.D. holder in Pakistan Dr. Saira Saleem has also appreciated the way teachers have been praised.
