Hafiz Ahmed Raza used to have a weight of 125 kg. He suffered many problems due to his obesity including uric acid accumulation and dehydration. Talking about his phenomenal transformation, Ahmed tells that strong motivation is needed to achieve your goal. From a waist size of 49 inches, Ahmed has now a waist of 28-29 inches.
