‘’We Are Ready’’ | These Girls From Lahore Are Fighting Back Through Self Defense

In the light of the Motorway incident and increasing rape cases in Pakistan, Apex College in Lahore has started to conduct self-defense sessions for girls. The students are taught various techniques to protect themselves in case of any harassment, abuse, mugging, or assault. Their self-defense trainer aims to create a disarmed army that becomes the first line of defense before any external help arrives. Watch the complete video for some courageous demos.
