200 Idaray Bechne Ka Mansooba Imran Khan Ne Qarzay Utarny Ke Liye

Imran Khan reviewed the process of privatization in a meeting with members of his cabinet; Muhammad Mian Soomro, Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Nadeem Babar, and Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan. Public institutions that were or currently are performing below their capacity, or adding loss to the national treasure are being privatized. PM Imran Khan stated that the government is not trying to get rid of loss-making institutions through this process. Public properties that are not in use are also added in the list. He said that it will help increase non-tax revenue and the privatized institutions will be able to reach their full potential when given in good hands. Some of the institutions which are finalized for privatization are; Haveli Bahadur, Karachi Airport, Balloki Power Plant, SME Bank, Services International Hotel Lahore, and Jinnah Convention Centre.
