KSEW Internship/ Training Program

This program offers excellent training opportunities and hands-on experience to the youth besides sharpening their skills, that can be helpful for their future employment. KSEW offers on job training / internship opportunities to fresh graduates having first-class academic career in either of the following disciplines:

• Production/Design/Maintenance
• Finance Sales & Marketing/HRD BBA/MBA
• Legal
• BE / BS / B.Tech (Hons) / BS (Tech) Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics & Civil. Finance

The selected candidates will undergo training for a period of Six Months. Upon completion of the training KSEW may offer MTO (Management Training Officers) program to suitable candidates.
Monthly Stipend Amount during internship is Rs. 10,000/- for BE / BS and Rs 5000/- for DAE Internees. Subsidized Food and Medical facility within the yard shall be provided to all internees.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have complete 16 years of education or any equivalent degree from any HEC recognized University or DAE recognized from any Technical Board.
• Candidates must have in 2.5 CGPA in their last degree or Grade A in DAE Diploma
• Upper age limit for all candidates upto 25 years. Cutoff date for age limit is April-2024.
• Candidate must be the citizen of Pakistan

Ineligibility

• Employees (full time /part time) of any public or private sector.
• Students– (fulltime / part time) of any public or private educational institutes.
