1 مرغی کا گوشت آدھا کلو

2 ادرک کا پیسٹ ایک چائے کا چمچ

3 پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ

4 دودھ ایک کپ

5 لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک چائے کا چمچ

6 سموسوں کی پٹیاں حسب ضرورت

7 نمک اور سویا سوس حسب ذائقہ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1مرغی کے گوشت کو ادرک،لہسن،سویا سوس اور نمک سمیت پانی میں ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
  2. 2 جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اس آمیزے کو پیس لیں۔
  3. 3 اب اس پسے ہوئے آمیزے کو ایک کپ دودھ اور پانی ہوئی کالی مرچ کے ساتھ ہلکی آنچ پر گھوٹ لیں۔
  4. 4 جب دودھ خشک ہو جائے تو اُتار لیں۔
  5. 5 پھر سموسوں کی پٹیاں لیں اور جمع کے نشان کی طرح رکھیں۔
  6. 6 بیچ میں چکن بھر کر اس کو بند کر دیں۔تیل میں تل لیں۔
  7. 7 مزے دار پیٹس تیار ہیں، چٹنی کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
