1مچھلی کو اچھی طرح دھو کر خشک کر لیں اور لہسن پیسٹ‘نمک اور سرکہ لگا کر 1/2 گھنٹے تک رکھیں مچھلی میں لگا ہوا میرینیٹ ضائع دیں۔
