1 پانی 2کپ

2 پودینے کے پتے 10-12عدد

3 دودھ 1کپ

4 دار چینی کا ٹکڑا 1عدد

5 لونگ پاؤڈر 1/4چائے کا چمچہ

6 ادرک (کش شدہ) 1چائے کا چمچہ

7 الائچی پاؤڈر 3/4چائے کا چمچہ

8 سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر 1/2چائے کا چمچہ

9 شہد حسبِ ضرورت

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1پانی اُبال کر اس میں دھلے ہوئے پودینے کے پتے ڈال دیں چولہے سے ہٹا کر برتن ڈھک دیں اور پانی چھان لیں 20منٹ بعد اس میں دودھ اور مصالحے شامل کردیں ۔
  2. 2 شہد بھی ملا دیں اور کم آنچ پر اس قہوے کو 15منٹ کے لیے گرم کرلیں(اُبالنا نہیں ہے ۔)سروکریں۔
