1 فالسے آدھا کلو

2 کالا نمک آدھا چائے کا چمچ

3 چینی آدھی پیالی

4 پودینے کے پتے حسب پسند

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1فالسوں کو صاف دھو کر دو پیالی پانی ڈال کر فریزر میں رکھ دیں۔
  2. 2 اچھی طرح ٹھنڈے اور نرم ہو جائے تو انھیں بلینڈر میں بلینڈ کر لیں اور چھلنی میں ڈال کر اوپر سے دو سے تین پیالی ٹھنڈا پانی ڈال کر چھان لیں۔
  3. 3 پھر اسی بلینڈر میں چینی ڈالیں اور چھنا ہوا فالسے کا جوس ڈال کر دو سے تین منٹ بلینڈ کر لیں۔
