1 کھویا 1 کلو

2 کاجو (چوپ کئے ہوئے) 125 گرام

3 زعفران 3 گرام

4 تازہ دودھ 1 چائے کا چمچہ

5 چینی 350 گرام

6 چاندی کے ورق سجانے کیلئے

7 کاجو سجانے کیلئے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1دودھ میں زعفران ملا لیں۔
  2. 2 کھوئے کو کڑاہی میں نرم ہونے تک پکائیں۔
  3. 3 پھر چینی شامل کر کے ہلکی آنچ پر چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے چینی حل ہونے تک پکائیں۔
  4. 4 اس میں کاجو ملائیں اور مزید 5 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
  5. 5 پھر چولہا بند کر کے زعفران شامل کریں اور چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
  6. 6 پائریکس کی ڈش پر چکنا کاغذ لگائیں۔
  7. 7 اس میں آمیزہ ڈالیں اور چمچے سے سطح ہموار کر دیں۔
  8. 8 اسے چاندی کے ورق اور کاجو سے سجا کر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
