1 دھلی مونگ دال 125 گرام

2 گاجر (چوپ کر لیں) 1 عدد

3 پیاز (درمیانی) 1 عدد

4 نمک‘سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر حسب ذائقہ

5 مکھن 2 کھانے کے چمچے

6 پیاز (چوکور کاٹ لیں) 1/2 کپ

7 ہری پیاز 1/2 کپ

8 ادرک (باریک چوپ کر لیں) 1 چائے کا چمچہ

9 لہسن (باریک چوپ کر لیں) 1 چائے کا چمچہ

10 ہرا دھنیا گارنشنگ کیلئے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1دال کو صاف کرکے پانی میں بھگو دیں۔
  2. 2 سوس پین میں دال‘گاجر‘پیاز اور پانی ڈال کر پکانے رکھ دیں۔
  3. 3 دال نرم ہو جائے تو بلینڈرز میں پیس لیں۔
  4. 4 ایک سوس پین میں مکھن گرم کریں۔
  5. 5 اس میں پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کریں جب ہلکا سا کلر آجائے تو لہسن‘ادرک‘ہری پیاز فرائی کریں اور دال کے مکسچر پر ڈال کر پکائیں۔
  6. 6 آخر میں نمک‘سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ڈالیں۔
  7. 7 سرونگ ڈش میں نکال کر ہرے دھنیے سے سجا کر بریڈ اسٹک کے ساتھ شروع کریں۔
