Ingredients - اجزاء

1 دودھ 1 لیٹر

2 خشک پاؤڈر دودھ 1 کپ

3 انڈا 1 عدد

4 بیکنگ پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچہ

5 میدہ 1 کھانے کا چمچہ

6 سبز الائچی 3-4 عدد

7 چینی 3/4 کپ

8 تیل 1 کھانے کا چمچہ

9 بادام اور پستے گارنشنگ کیلئے

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1پتیلی میں دودھ ڈال کر اُبالیں۔
  2. 2 اُبال آ جائے تو اس میں چینی ڈال کر چمچہ چلائیں اور آنچ دھیمی کر کے پکائیں۔
  3. 3 الائچی شامل کر دیں اور 8-10 پستے بھی ڈال دیں۔
  4. 4 پیالے میں خشک دودھ‘بیکنگ پاؤڈر اور میدہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
  5. 5 اس میں انڈا اور تیل شامل کر کے آمیزے کو اچھی طرح گوندھ لیں۔
  6. 6 اس مکسچر کے چھوٹے چھوٹے بالز بنا لیں۔
  7. 7 ہلکی آنچ میں پکتے ہوئے دودھ میں یہ بالز ڈال کر پکائیں۔
  8. 8 جب بالز بنا ٹوٹے ہوئے آسانی سے دودھ میں گھومنے لگیں تو آنچ بالکل ہلکی کر کے 4-5 منٹ کیلئے پکائیں اور چولہا بند کر دیں۔
  9. 9 پستے اور بادام سے گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
