Ingredients - اجزاء

1 خشک دودھ پاؤڈر ایک پیالی

2 انڈا ایک عدد

3 پستہ باریک کترا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

4 تازہ دودھ ایک لیٹر

5 بیکنگ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

6 چینی حسب ذائقہ

7 سبز الائچی (بیج پیس لیں) دو عدد

8 روحِ کیوڑہ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ

9 تیل ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

Step by Step Instructions - تیار کرنے کی ترکیب

  1. 1خشک دودھ،انڈا،تیل اور بیکنگ پاؤڈر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
  2. 2 اس آمیزے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے انڈے کی شکل کے یا گول گیند جیسے بنا لیں۔
  3. 3 اسی دوران دودھ کو پسی ہوئی الائچی اور چینی ڈال کر اُبال لیں۔
  4. 4 دودھ اُبلنے لگے تو جو گولے بنائے تھے وہ دودھ میں ڈال دیں۔
  5. 5 جب یہ گولے پھول کر اپنے حجم سے دُگنے ہو جائیں تو آنچ ہلکی کر دیں اور دس منٹ پکنے دیں،پھر نیچے اُتار لیں۔
  6. 6 اب پستہ چھڑک کر اوپر سے کیوڑہ ڈال دیں۔
  7. 7 جب ٹھنڈا ہو جائے تو سرو کریں۔
