45,000 teachers recruited to overcome shortage of staff: Khattak

ISLAMABAD, Dec 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Dec, 2016 ) : The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is recruiting some thirty thousand teachers on merit in addition to forty five thousand already inducted to ensure adequate teaching faculity to government schools.

Talking to ptv news, the chief minister Pervez Khattak said his government was also working to provide free medical facilities to 1.8 million people through Health Insurance Cards. Responding to a question, he said that 35 billion rupees have been provided to local government institutions to enable them carry out their respective plans and smooth working.
