ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -24th Augst,2016) : The All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Aasiya Andrabi and other Hurriyet leaders while strongly reacting to the statement of the puppet Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti on Kashmir have described it as a sheer lie and reflection of her frustration. According to Kashmir Media Service, the APHC in a statement issued in Srinagar questioned the wisdom of Mehbooba Mufti's assertion that only five percent people were supporting the ongoing uprising in the territory.
The APHC then asked the justification of deployment of over seven lac personnel of Indian Armed forces and more than one lac police along with their artillery in the territory. "Why you are calling in more and more reinforcement from India," it questioned.
The APHC said, "You have deployed your trustworthy killers and district executives to pressurize the people to break their will and zest for freedom." The illegally detained JKLF Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik in his statement contradicting the Mehbooba Mufti's remarks said that more than 95 percent Kashmiri people wanted freedom and resistance movement belonged to these 95 percent Kashmiris.
He said that less than five percent collaborators of India had been acting against the collective voice of Kashmiris for their lust of power and were shielding the crimes committed by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.
"If Mehbooba is so sure about this percentage why doesn't she ask her masters in Delhi to hold a referendum in Kashmir at the earliest and settle this issue forever according to their wishes," Yasin Malik said while reacting to Mehbooba Mufti's statement. He said, "The authorities have imposed curfew and inflicted miseries on the people by stopping milk and medicines from reaching people.
The Indian forces and police have unleashed a reign of terror across the Valley and have arrested thousands of people." He said that the puppet chief minister should not issue such shameless statements against people in resistance."
