LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th july, 2016) : All Pakistan Business Forum (APBF) here Wednesday strongly condemned sheer human rights violations and brutal killing of innocent people in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Talking to the media here, APBF President Ibrahim Qureshi expressed complete solidarity with Kashmiri brethren and said business community was fully extending moral support to them in their cause of independence.
Qureshi said, "We express sympathies with the families of those killed and injured in Occupied Kashmir." He said India must understand that peace in South Asia was in the interest of regional countries and the whole world, as extremism would damage all stakeholders.
He called upon New Delhi not to fan militancy and direct its forces to show restraint and ensure that there was no further loss of innocent lives. The APBF President accused the Indian government of trying to divert attention from its internal failure by resorting to unprovoked firing to create unrest in occupied Kashmir.
He said that innocent children and youths were targeted during repeated Indian firing, adding that India's hypocrisy had been exposed to the whole world. "It is highly condemnable that Muslim youth are being targeted and killed by Indian forces in Held Kashmir," he mentioned.
