CM forms committee to probe into Toba Tek Singh incident

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Dec, 2016 ) : Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has constituted a high powered committee for probing the incident occurred in Toba Tek Singh.

The inquiry committee will be headed by Chairman Chief Minister's Inspection Team while its other members include DIG Abdu Bakar, DG Health Services, Additional Secretary Home and Punjab Forensic Science Agency representative.

The committee will review the causes of deaths due to taking poisonous liquor and determine the responsibility. The committee will submit its report to the Chief Minister within 48 hours.
