Construction Activities Banned In G-15/3

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th August, 2016) : The district administration has imposed a ban on the construction of houses, transportation, and loading/un-loading of construction material within the limits of Sector G-15/3.
According to a notification of sub-divisional magistrate (Saddar) has prohibited construction of illegal `Katcha' or `Pacca' houses in G-15/3 and prohibited transportation, loading and unloading of construction material under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 for a period of two months.
The notification said that some people were constructing houses in the villages falling in sector G-15/3 Islamabad which had been acquired for the development of hosing scheme of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation. The houses were being constructed only to enhance compensation of built-up property, which was against the law.
The violators would be proceeded under the law, it added.
