
Court Accepts Interim Bail Of Two MOP Officials In Banners Case

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th july, 2016) : A District and Sessions Court Islamabad accepted interim-bail of two officials of the Move on Pakistan (MOP) in the controversial banner case, till August 3. Syed Fezan Haider Ghilani, Additional Session Judge accepted the bail application moved by the MOP officials Ali Raza and Asif Iqbal.
Meanwhile the bench also sought record from the Station House Officer (SHO) Secretariat in the main case till August 3 and adjourned the matter till then. It is pertinent to mention here that the Secretariat police had registered the case under sections 124-A (Sedition), 120-B (Punishment of criminal conspiracy), 505-II (Statements conducing to public mischief) and 34 (common intention) of the Pakistan Penal Code for inciting people against the government.
