DCO Reviews On-going Development Schemes

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th August, 2016) : District Coordination Officer (DCO) Salman Ghani on Monday directed the officers of local administration to speed up the construction work on all on-going development schemes in the district. He was reviewing the construction work of different development schemes in a meeting here Monday.
EDO Works & Services Azeem Gill, EDO education Bashir Zahid Goraya, DO Planning Mehr Ramazan, DO Roads Iftikhar Ch and other officers were also present. The DCO reviewed different schemes including laying down synthetic track in Shahbaz Sharif sports Stadium in Firdous Colony Jhang Road costing Rs 100 million, setting up Squash Court in Al-Fatah Sports Complex in Saleemi Chowk at a cost of Rs 25 million and Table Tennis Court and academy costing Rs 27.
2 millions, construction of Parking Plaza outside Chiniot Bazaar and Iqbal Centre. The DCO also reviewed 162 projects of reconstruction of dangerous buildings at schools costing Rs 523 million, provision of missing facilities in schools, construction of roads under Large City Package. He directed the departments concerned to utilize all resources and take measures for completion of all schemes well in time.
