
Director Social Welfare, Bait-ul-Mal Visits Sanatzar In Bhakkar

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2025) Divisional Director of Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Mal Sargodha Division Shakira Noreen on Wednesday paid a detailed visit to Sanatzar in Bhakkar to review ongoing welfare initiatives aimed at women’s rehabilitation and empowerment.
According to a press release issued here, she chaired a progress review meeting of Sanatzar managers from across the Sargodha division. She issued directives for women's rehabilitation, minimum engagement of at least 25 workers through order-based work, and boosting production aligned with current market trends. She stressed continuation of social welfare efforts in accordance with provincial government objectives.
Shakira Nooren also inspected various sections of the institute including classrooms, beautician and sewing centres, display rooms, and production units.
She appreciated the ongoing efforts and gave specific guidelines to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the services provided. She also distributed certificates among the students of Sanatzar.
As part of the 'Planet for Pakistan' initiative, she also planted a sapling on the premises.
Later, she visited the Shelter Home Bhakkar, where she distributed sweets among women and children residing there along with Assistant Director Naseem Akhtar. She also planted a sapling at Dar-ul-Aman and issued directives to further improve the institution’s services.
