Edhi volunteers remain high alert on Aug 14

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th August, 2016) : Edhi ambulances, volunteers and paramedial staff will remain high alert on Independence Day to avert any untoward incident in the provincial capital. Keeping in view the security situation, Faisal Edhi has cancelled gazetted holiday. Paramedical, ambulances with volunteers have been deputed in various places where different ceremonies are being organized in the city to mark the day.
