Four killed, as marriage party coaster collides with truck in Lodhran

LODHRAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jan, 2026) At least four people including two women, one man and a child were killed while several others sustained injuries in a tragic road accident as a marriage party coaster collided with a truck near Mundhali Morr Jalal Pur Pirwala Road tehsil Lodhran.

According to District Emergency Officer (DEO) Rescue 1122, Engineer Shakeel Ahmed, the accident occurred near Mundhali Morr when a coaster carrying a marriage party collided with a truck. The marriage party was returning from Jahanian to Gogran at the time of the incident.

Upon receiving the information, Rescue teams reached the site soon after the crash and shifted the injured to DHQ hospital Lodhran for medical treatment.

Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ashraf reached at DHQ hospital where he was supervising the emergency situation.
