International Community To Take Serious Notice Of Grave Situation In IOK : Qazi Yasir

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Augst,2016) : The illegally detained prominent religious scholar and the Chairman of Ummat-e-Islami, Qazi Ahmad Yasir has said that India's military might and power cannot crush the resolve of the Kashmiri people. According to Kashmir Media Service(KMS) on Friday that Qazi Ahmad Yasir in a statement which has issued in Srinagar said that New Delhi had terribly gone wrong in recognizing the ground situation. Rather than listening to the genuine demands of public, the authorities have used immense power to crush the voices of dissent, he deplored.

He said, there is a dire need for the international community to wake up to the situation arising out of grave human rights violations committed by Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.

The people of Kashmir are looking towards the international community, the UN, European Union, SAARC and OIC to help in settling the long-pending dispute in a peaceful democratic manner as per the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
