
JI IOK Terms Killings Worst State Terrorism

ISLAMABAD, Aug 4 (APP) : The Jamaat-e-Islami has condemned the fresh killing spree terming it as the worst kind of state terrorism in Indian Held Kashmir. A Jamaat-e-Islami spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar deplored that two more innocent teenagers were deprived of their precious lives by the unruly Indian forces,Kashmir Media Service reported.
He said the brutalities are committed to deter the people of Kashmir from raising their just voice. The masses, the statement added, in the form of huge peaceful protests are supporting the freedom cause.
He said that freedom movements cannot be suppressed through use of unbridled force. To change the situation, the statement added, it is indispensable for the entire international community as well as India to listen to the genuine demand of the people and take positive steps for fulfilling it according to the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
He impressed upon the international human rights institutions in addition to UN and OIC to send their delegations for reading the present situation of the valley and also listen to the woes of the people.
