
Minister Express Grief Over Death Of Buner Pilgrims In Makkah

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2025) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for sports and Youth Affairs, Syed Fakhar Jahan, has expressed profound sorrow over the tragic incident in Makkah, in which seven pilgrims of the same family from Khado Khel, Buner lost their lives.
In a statement issued here, the minister affirmed that the provincial government stands in solidarity with the bereaved families and ensure all possible support and assistance during this time of distress.
He prayed that the deceased be live eternal abode with peace and that their families be granted strength to bear the loss. He said that Chief Minister has announced financial compensation of Rs. 1 million per individual for all seven victims from Buner that would soon be give to the bereaved families.
