Murderer awarded death

SARGODHA, Dec 9 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 09th Dec, 2016 ) - Additional District and Sessions Israr Zada on Friday awarded death sentence on the count of two in a dual murder case of Shahpur police station here.

According to prosecution, on June 16, 2014,accused Bilal Khan resident of Jahan Abad Tehsil Shahpur gunned down his wife Aziz Fatima and mother in law Shamim Bibi over a family issue.

Local police registered case against the accused and presented challan in the court for trial.

After completion of prosecution process the court awarded two times death sentence to convict Bilal Khan along with Rs. 4,00,000 fine The police have sent the culprit to district jail.
