Nation Demands A Posthumous Noble Prize For Abdul Sattar Edhi

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 9th july, 2016) : A wave of the people demanding a posthumous Nobel prize for the great humanitarian Abdul Sattar Edhi, is being generated in the country after he deceased.
The posthumous is the rarest form of Nobel prize. This is the belief of most of the Pakistanis that Abdul Sattar Edhi is the most deserving candidate to be awarded with the influential nobel prize.
Former President Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf said that Abdul Sattar Edhi condigne Nobel Peace Prize during his life.
He also favored Abdul Sattar Edhi against Mother Teresa for awarding the noble prize.
He also expressed his sorrow by saying that Edhi's demise is a great loss to the nation. Pakistani Nobelist in the peace domain Malala Yousafzai said in January that she had nominated Edhi for the Nobel Peace Prize 2016 as she believed he was the most deserving person for this award as his devotion and national services have no alternative and he served the nation without any discrimination.
